AJ Henry issued the following statement blaming Paycom for not sending the money being garnished to the state agencies. He claims it will take until the end of March for this issue to be resolved. I seriously doubt that Paycom would be this irresponsible. The people at Landmark and its employees have lied so many times that it’s hard to trust them. I had a source tell me that Landmark lost Paycom as a vendor, which is what led to Landmark being forced to switch to paper checks. I can’t see Paycom not including a paystub when issuing paychecks, nor issuing checks that banks and check cashing services would question. Regardless, we’ll the the investigators solve that.
Matt Boyle is one dumb and clueless person. He sent out the following letter to all employees at the facilities. Landmark put employees through hell as they worried about getting paid and having paychecks bounce. It was all so Landmark to negotiate a better rate with Paycom. Matty, your employees don’t need to know this. This shows how out of touch you are. The fact you ended the letter with, “Now, let’s focus once again on our valuable mission to save a million lives, together” adds insult to injury. You have no business running a business or overseeing employees.
Breaking news. LR of Western Michigan staff was informed today, Thursday, March 7, 2024, that tomorrow, Friday, March 8, 2024, will be everyone’s last day. Landmark stopped paying rent towards the end of 2023. Landmark knew they were being evicted. So why did they wait until the day before to tell staff? Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Department of Labor. The facility had to turn down a scheduled admit on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. The folks in admissions more than likely didn’t know.
A few staff members have contacted me, and they are angry. Landmark lied to them and told them that their jobs were safe. There is one patient at the facility, and they have to be discharged on Friday. They have nowhere to go. Landmark allowed this patient to come to this facility knowing they couldn’t complete their 30-day program. This tells you who Landmark is. Actions speak louder than words.

LR promises to pay staff through Friday, March 22nd. The department heads are needing to stay until Friday, March 15th.
Can we all agree that the paper checks have been a disaster from day one? Countless people have had issues with direct deposit or getting them cashed. Some check-cashing places attempted to call LR and were able to make contact with somebody to verify the employee’s employment. Is this because HR was gutted?
There was the issue where checks were sent out 2nd day instead of overnight. Now, a week later, the checks are bouncing. Matty is blaming the employees’ banks. This is an absolute lie. I spoke with my mom; she advised me that banks know instantly if funds are available. If anybody has this communication from Matty, I need it ASAP. If Landmark sent out checks they knew would bounce, that is mail fraud and falls under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, RICO stature. We will add this to the laundry list of crimes the Boils are being investigated for.
The other issue with the paper checks is that no paystub is attached. There is no record of the deductions. Employees can’t see their deductions. I am being told Landmark is taking out deductions for child support but has not submitted the money to the state of Tennessee. One person lost their license over this. Employees can’t prove the money was deducted and should have been sent by Landmark. People can go to jail for not paying child support. Where is the money that has been deducted? Is this a failure on Landmark’s end, the vendor issuing the checks? I need answers. I am going to get my answers, and the question is when.
I have had several people come forward to advise me that the banks are returning the checks due to insufficient funds. It might be time for the higher-ups to take massive pay cuts. Maybe it’s time to stop paying the fake employees who are drawing salaries and don’t work for Landmark. Let’s eliminate the “personal assistants,” which are just nannies in disguise. Matty, stop flying to facilities while staying in hotels and relying on rental cars. This is a waste of money. The bunnies are upset and scared.

A source emailed me the following: “The checks are definitely bouncing for insufficient funds. Their reasoning is “they changed banks” and told no one this was going to happen as a result. They’re asking the employees that used check cashing services to take the new one coming to them and ask them to swap it. Check cashing places have called the employees and told them they are turning the employee in for fraud.”

Employees are calling and should contact the FBI. This is a federal offense: federal check fraud because it crossed state lines. Employees are being told that they will receive replacement checks today.

I spent the morning of Saturday, July 15, 2023, reading and catching up on the LR news. People are dying at LR. Staff and patients don’t feel safe. Patients are regularly not receiving medication and treatment. There are fights, assaults, sexual assaults, rapes, and patients playing with themselves in front of female staff and exposing themselves to female staff. Keep acting like a man-child. Medicaid Facilitry of Morrilton by LR is the facility where Landmark transported patients from LR of Oklahoma City. Logie Tyler, one of LR’s Regional Director of Nursing, wanted staff to transport medication across state lines in their vehicle because the pharmacy they set up wouldn’t have them in time. This is a failure to plan. I have been told that this facility has run out of medication on several occasions, once for an entire week. Nurses are instructed to share patient’s medications. They were told to lie on their Emars to state they administered a drug even if they didn’t have it.
One patient has a doctor’s order for compression stockings for an infection. This order was issued over a month ago. He has yet to receive these medically ordered stockings. Now, the Director of Nursing (DON) went out and personally bought a pair for this patient, and since the patient’s application for an extension was denied, he won’t give them to him. My source was told by the DON from the Executive Director (ED) to NOT send patients out to the local ER for treatment when they needed it because, of course, that meant Landmark would have to pay for it.
The Dietary Manager quit. Landmark needs this position’s license to serve meals. Landmark is serving meals without a license. Landmark has the job listed on Indeed for the second time this month. The ED begged staff to come in and cook for the patients. One staff member went across the street to Walmart to buy groceries. Patients work in the kitchen.
There was a flood last December. Not only did Landmark not pay the construction company, they took the insurance check. The fire sprinkler system was shut off because of the pipes that burst. Patient Engagement Specialists (PES) were supposed to be on fire watch every hour, but they weren’t doing it. The fire alarm went off after a maintenance worker placed a space heater in the riser room, which houses the sprinkler control room. It overheated. Had there been a real fire, people could have died, as there was no water in the system.
The windows can open fully. Patients can exit the property anytime they want. One patient stole a neighbor’s car. When the patient was confronted, he threw the keys at the owner’s chest, said to F off, and climbed back in the window. A patient left Against Staff Advice (ASA) by going out the window. Another patient who ASA’d was found miles away walking along the freeway.
Things will get worse if Landmark can get a Medicaid contract. This facility is next to a school. If admissions are continuing the practice of not performing proper intake interviews, registered sex offenders could be sent to this facility. That’s not allowed.

This patient had an issue where they complained of being a nine out of ten, and Landmark staff wouldn’t send them to the hospital. Recently, a patient died by suicide. Where were the staff, and how was this allowed to happen?
News broke this week that LR lost the following four facilities. LR of West Michigan in Battle Creek, MI, Medicaid Facilitry of the Firelands by LR in Willard, OH, LR of Knoxville in Seymour, TN, and Medicaid Facilitry of Norfolk by LR in Norfolk, VA. Two different companies are taking over Battle Creek and Seymour. I won’t state their names; I want to avoid ranking for their names and causing confusion. I need to find out who is taking over Norfolk, VA. Several sources told me that Willard, OH, is under a receivership. Landmark can still send patients, but the staff can block an admission. This is a significant win. Landmark hadn’t paid rent on Willard since October 2023. This is around the same time Cliffy Boyle transferred his personal properties to other people’s names and trusts. Landmark will be down seven facilities.
It was a tragic week at two other facilities. I heard a patient at LR of Louisville attempted suicide. The Assistant Executive Director and Executive Director immediately left the facility when the nurse called it out over the radio. A patient under suicide watch died by suicide at Medicaid Facilitry of Morrilton by LR in Morrilton, AR. I need to work on my posts covering the Morrilton and Norfolk facilities.
I am hearing that Landmark is planning on rebranding. It won’t work. Countless agencies are investigating Landmark. The stench will follow them to the new name. Matty “Boil” Boyle repeatedly refuses to listen to advice. I have heard this from countless sources. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
It was a matter of time before LR got evicted from another property. This time, it’s LR of Knoxville. I have been told LR is being evicted for not paying rent. Shocking, I know. LR was evicted from Las Vegas and Oklahoma City for not paying rent. They are currently under eviction from Battle Creek. The incoming treatment center doesn’t accept Ambetter insurance. LR now has 38 out of 48 patients on Ambetter insurance.
There are no open beds, but admissions still send female patients. One woman is sleeping on a cot. This is a commercial facility. I am being told that admissions reps are claiming that they don’t see gender when talking to patients. That’s nonsense. If the staff at the facilities are telling you to stop sending female patients, stop sending them. There are no open beds for women until February 27, 2024.
Making this an all-women’s facility might be good until LR is booted out. The men can’t behave around women staff.
These patients were not removed from the facility. One was allowed to complete the program and stay another two and a half weeks.
LR sent Sharon Putnam to deliver the news, but she could not answer questions. She had somebody on the phone as she gave the news. My source tells me she could not answer questions about the transition or when LR would stop admitting patients. While I want to commend LR for addressing the staff, how long has LR known? I ask this because LR is currently hiring a float nurse RN. The job was posted two days ago. I swear Landmark would set up a lemonade stand without knowing they don’t have any lemons. Even the Keystone Cops were more organized. Time will tell which facility is next to fall.
I went to post this, and this comment was waiting to be approved. Matty addressed staff and advised them that LR had lost Battle Creek, Seymour, Norfolk, and one of the Ohio facilities.
It’s been another crazy few weeks for LR, but that’s like saying water is wet. Landmark was evicted in Battle Creek. They sold the building. Another addiction treatment company will be moving in. Landmark has two posted positions for this facility. They have published an open position for a Director of Nursing (DON). The other is a Strategic Account Liaison. Who posts jobs for a facility that’s gone? Landmark, that’s who.
Matt sent out a sad excuse for an apology over the paper checks fiasco. While Matty stated he screwed up over the latest checks being delayed, he chose to point the finger at his controller and payroll manager. Matty claims they thought they were saving money by sending the checks via two-day delivery instead of being sent overnight. Listen here, Matty, it’s not just the fact that checks are late, your employees are struggling to cash, or when they deposit the checks, get them to clear. You don’t know about the stress and hardship this puts people through.
The entire marketing department is gone as of Friday, February 16, 2024. Landmark is hiring an outside company to handle the marketing. How long until I start not to get paid? So why is Landmark still looking to hire a marketing manager? Does the right hand even know what the left hand is doing?
I was informed that the Assistant Executive Director at Denver was offering Venmo Patient Engagement Specialists $50 to work late or stay and do intakes.
There is an allegation that LR terminated the Director of Nursing at Medicaid Facilitry of Louisville by LR this week. Here is the message in detail:
“Hi Jason. I don’t want to post it attached to my name, but yesterday the DON at Medicaid Facilitry of Louisville was fired. Evidently the nurses had been keeping the medication of patients who had left (meds they brought in) and had been using them as house stock giving them to others. Jessica Tate is said to have known about it and told the DON not to do this but it had been going on for many months. Also, they are taking patients and putting Valium and certain meds on their admission orders, but this location is no longer receiving Valium so idk what they are giving them or why it’s on the orders. They announced yesterday there will also be no more Suboxone or Gabapentin either. Melatonin has not been coming for quite some time and nursing staff or other staff have actually been buying the Melatonin for the facility”
I have heard of other facilities not having melatonin.
