Landmark put employees through hell as they worried about getting paid and having paychecks bounce. It was all so Landmark to negotiate a better rate with Paycom. Matty, your employees don’t need to know this. This shows how out of touch you are. The fact you ended the letter with, “Now, let’s focus once again on our valuable mission to save a million lives, together” adds insult to injury. You have no business running a business or overseeing employees.
