I have had several people contact me regarding issues at LR of Indianapolis. Last week LR discharged the seven IOP patients. Three were discharged on Thursday, March 28th, 2024, and four were discharged on Friday, March 29th, 2024.
I also had two different sources advise me that LR fired half of the nursing staff. LR “seems to think one nurse per shift is enough for medicine pass, patient care, intakes, emergencies, etc.”
When I went to search Google for LR of Indianapolis, I couldn’t find their Google Business Profile. I suspect it was suspended and removed by Google. If this is correct, there is no way LR will be able to get it reinstated. It will take an expert to successfully apply for reinstatement. It would take me 30 seconds to bypass the reinstatement process. LR lost my information and skills when they laid me off. Oh well.
Karma is real…wouldn’t want to be outside within a 50 mile vicinity of her if there was lightening outside.
Losing control?? No, I’d say Cliff and Matt have LOST control of Landmark in whole. Lawyers, lawsuits, debt, collectors, foreclosure, evictions, sexual harassments, bankruptcy are the words that describe Landmark Recovery now. This is what becomes of an organization that is led by men who have no integrity, no honesty, who are narcissistic, greedy and selfish. It becomes what Cliff and Matt have made it become. I think I can speak on behalf of many employees and say the only thing we are proud of, is the lives we were able to help change. It’s the only thing that makes me smile when I think of Landmark. I wish each and every past and present employee, the very best in life and a true hope that in spite of this crap organization called Landmark, you continue to be a positive force of good to help those in need.
